With integrated services from R&D to export delivery, it owns factories in Dongguan, China and Dong Nai, Vietnam. Core processes include injection molding and flocking.
Injection Molding Production Area
The factory has multiple injection molding machines, supporting simultaneous multi-machine production and bulk order delivery. The equipment is arranged in an orderly manner, with clearly planned passages. Finished molded products are centrally hung and transferred, demonstrating stable production capacity, good on-site management, and efficient product flow.
Automated Packaging Support Capability
The factory is equipped with automatic sealing and cutting machines, heat shrink packaging equipment, and conveyor lines, supporting continuous packaging operations before shipment. This helps improve packaging efficiency and consistency, reduce differences caused by manual operation, ensure neat product appearance and standardized packaging, and enhance customers’ receiving experience and order delivery stability.
