  Raw Material Inspection

  For every batch of recycled raw materials, we conduct incoming inspections on physical properties and environmental compliance certificates before warehousing, ensuring full compliance with standards such as GRS and OEKO-TEX and preventing substandard materials from entering the production process at the source.

  Process Stability

  By monitoring key process parameters in real time and applying statistical process control methods, we identify and eliminate sources of abnormal variation to ensure that the production process remains under control. We also conduct regular process capability analysis and continuously reduce variation, thereby improving product consistency and reliability.

  Final Product Inspection Before Shipment

  We strictly follow AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards to conduct final inspections on product function, appearance, and packaging. Our internal standards are usually set one level higher than customer expectations.

  The factory implements high-standard on-site management, ensuring that tools are returned to designated locations, floors are kept clean, and materials are clearly labeled.

  Work instructions are established so that workers can follow clear operating procedures instead of relying on verbal experience, ensuring that product quality is repeatable and traceable.

  Equipment Maintenance and Upgrades

  Regular maintenance records are digitized, and key equipment uses fully servo-driven energy-saving models. Equipment precision directly determines our ability to control product tolerances.

Product Quality Control

Pre-Production Sample Confirmation

Before mass production, we provide a pre-production sample for your confirmation of material, hand feel, color, and details. This sample will serve as the only reference standard for mass production.

In-Process Inspection Report

During production, our quality control team conducts in-process sampling inspections according to your requirements or our internal control checkpoints. The inspection data and photos are compiled into standardized reports and shared with you regularly.

Third-Party Inspection Support

We cooperate with any third-party inspection agency designated by you, such as SGS, BV, or ITS, to conduct pre-loading inspections. We provide the required documents and ensure smooth coordination throughout the inspection process.
