01 Our Recycled Materials
The main raw materials of our products come from post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics, such as RPET and RPP.
Approximately 10 tons of plastic waste are recycled and reused each year, which is equivalent to reducing petroleum consumption by 60 tons.
02 Green Practices in Our Factory
Our all-electric servo injection molding machines save approximately 3.2% more energy compared with traditional hydraulic machines. In the flocking process, we use water-based adhesives and low-VOC materials.
We strictly implement the ISO 14001 environmental management system and ensure compliant wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, maintaining a clean and efficient production process throughout.
03 Supplier Management and Control System
Supplier Qualification and Process Control:
We evaluate suppliers’ production capacity, delivery capability, quality performance and cooperation stability to ensure they meet our company and customer requirements.
Annual Supplier Performance Evaluation:
We regularly evaluate suppliers’ quality, delivery, cooperation, corrective action response and improvement capability to drive better performance.
Supplier Compliance Requirements:
We require suppliers to meet social responsibility, recycled material, FSC and customer-specified environmental requirements to ensure a responsible and sustainable supply chain.
Supplier Quality Management System:
We require suppliers to control raw materials, production, inspection and shipment effectively to ensure stable quality and compliance with customer standards.
