Instead of virgin petroleum-based plastics, our products are primarily made from Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics, including recycled PET (rPET) and recycled PP (rPP).

What is Post-Consumer Recycled Material?

Simply put, it refers to waste plastic items from daily life such as discarded beverage bottles, food containers and household plastic packaging. These materials undergo professional sorting, cleaning, shredding and pelletizing to turn into clean, reliable industrial raw materials. Every recycled pellet represents a plastic item once labeled as waste, beginning a second life in our factory.

We reject downcycling. Via modification technology, recycled plastics meet high-strength and high-durability standards, making them applicable to a wider range of high-value products.

Numbers speak for themselves. Our daily manufacturing operations are effectively cutting reliance on fossil fuels:

Every year, we divert approximately 10 tons of plastic waste from landfills and incineration. Repurposing these 10 tons of waste plastic equals a reduction of 60 tons in oil consumption.

Why 60 tons? Producing 1 ton of virgin plastic consumes an average of 6 tons of petroleum (covering both raw feedstock and manufacturing energy). By utilizing recycled plastic, we nearly eliminate petroleum as a raw material source, only retaining minimal energy consumption during processing. Saving these 60 tons of oil drastically slashes carbon emissions and ecological disruption generated during oil extraction, transportation and refining.

Quick conversion: For every 1 ton of recycled plastic we use, the planet conserves 6 tons of petroleum resources, alongside a cut of over 3 tons in carbon dioxide emissions.

Intelligent energy consumption management: Frequency-conversion energy-saving motors are installed on pelletizing lines, cutting power consumption by 20% compared with conventional equipment.

Paperless operation & packaging reduction: All internal documents are fully digitalized. Reusable circulation containers are prioritized for finished product delivery to minimize disposable cartons and adhesive tape waste.

Waste sorting system: High-precision waste sorting stations are deployed across workshops. Even non-target residual waste such as metal and paper is handed over to professional recyclers, pushing our comprehensive solid waste recycling rate above 95%.
