A: Our flocking process uses high-quality adhesives and standardized temperature and humidity control. The flocking density and adhesion are inspected during production and tested before shipment. Source Control: All incoming raw materials are inspected, including verification of physical properties and environmental compliance certificates.

Process Control: Key processes such as injection molding and flocking are monitored through in-process inspection points and standardized work instructions.

Final Inspection: Finished products are inspected according to AQL standards before shipment. We can also support customer video inspections or third-party inspections.

A: Yes, you are welcome to visit. We support customer factory audits by appointment, and both our Dongguan factory and Vietnam factory can receive visitors.
